Stuart Gil is the President and Founder of Premier Development Enterprises. He has managed construction of all aspects of medical and general construction since 1984 with hands on as well as intellectual understanding. He has an intricate knowledge of construction from concept to completion and has obtained various certificates in the following fields: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry and design.
